The Meds capped off a fine BUCS season and sent of captain, Ifan Patchell, in style to climb to 3rd in the table with a 6 try haul against Reading University. With the league table so tight a loss could have resulted in relegation, however the victory ensured a top 4 finish with a likely 3rd place secured.
